1. Drain 1 can of 'CIXIN' Vegetarian Mei Cai Duck, dice the Mock Duck and set aside.
2. Add cooked rice which refrigerated overnight and using the back of the spatula, break up all the rice lumps.
3. Add light soy sauce, vegetarian oyster sauce and stir fry until evenly mixed.
4. Add drained Mei Cai Duck and stir fry for another 5 minutes.
5. Ready to serve.
