1. Break 4 eggs in a medium bowl. Add 160g of ‘AMOCAN’ Minced Prawns in Spices.
2. Beat the eggs until completely mixed. Add in chopped onion and mix well/.
3. Heat a non-stick wok with oil over high fire. Pour egg mixture in wok, spread evenly by tilting the wok or use a spatula to do so. Cook for 3 minutes, or until the eggs are firm on the bottom with slightly runny on top. Flip eggs over with spatula. Cook until eggs are firm and lightly browned.
4. Ready to serve with rice or porridge.
