Fish Fillet 600g
Vegetables (Lady’s finger, tomato and brinjal) 200g

*Amocan Singapore Curry Fish Paste 1pkt (240g)
Remark: * included in this Amocan pack
Step 1: Steam 600g of fish for 5 minutes. Remove and discard any excess water from the bowl.
Step 2: Add vegetables and pour over the fish with 1 packet of AMOCAN Singapore Fish Curry Sauce. Steam on high heat and allow simmering for 20 minutes.
Step 3: Stir two packets of AMOCAN Coconut Premix into 200 ml of water in a separate bowl. Mix well and add to fish. (You may choose to add only 1 packet of Coconut Premix with 100 ml of water)
Step 4: Lower heat and cook without covering the pot for 5 minutes. Stir the sauce occasionally.
Step 5: Serve AMOCAN Singapore Fish Curry hot with rice. It’s quick, tasty food at its best.
