Great for to cook with your preferred seafood or fish.
AMOCAN Spicy Sour Assam Paste – 1 packet
Meat / Seafood (Prawn / Squid / Fish / Chicken) – 300g
Water – 100ml
Step 1 – Steam the fish for 10 minutes.
Step 2 – Add AMOCAN Spicy Sour Assam Paste.
Step 3 – Steam for 5 minutes.
Step 4 – Dish up and serve with rice.
Step 1 – Add AMOCAN Spicy Sour Assam Paste and seafood / meat into a wok pan. Stir fry over gentle heat until fragrant.
Step 2 – Add 100ml of water, stir well and bring it to a boil. (Approx. 15 minutes)
Step 3 – Dish up and serve with rice.
