Amocan Vegetarian Curry Fish Complete Cooking Kit 170g
Vegetarian Fish 200g, Vegetables (Lady’s finger / Tomato / Potatoes / Brinjal / Long Bean) 100g, Water 400ml, *AMOCAN Coconut Premix 1 pkt (50g), *AMOCAN Singapore Vegetarian Curry Fish Paste 1 pkt (120g).
Remark: *included in AMOCAN kit.
Step 1 – In a pot, add AMOCAN Singapore Vegetarian Curry Fish Paste, Vegetarian Fish, Vegetables. Fry it over gentle heat until it is fragrant. Pour in 300ml of water, stir well and bring it to boil.
Step 2 – Stir AMOCAN Coconut Premix into 100ml of water in separate bowl. Mix well and add into pot.
Step 3 – Lower heat and cook without covering the pot for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Step 4 – Serve AMOCAN Singapore Vegetarian Curry Fish hot with rice. It’s quick, tasty food at its best.
