Amocan Vegetarian Laksa Complete Cooking Kit 170g
[Prepare] Vegetarian meat / seafood 200g, Noodles/Rice Vermicelli 300g, Bean Curd Puff (cut) 50g, Water 500ml, *AMOCAN Coconut Premix 1 pkt (50g) *AMOCAN Singapore Vegetarian Laksa Paste 1 pkt (120g)
Remark: *included in AMOCAN kit.
Step 1 – In a pot, add AMOCAN Singapore Vegetarian Laksa Paste, fry it over gentle heat until it is fragrant. Pour in 400ml of water, stir well and bring it to boil.
Step 2 – Add in vegetarian meat / seafood, bean curd puff. Cook for another 10 minutes.
Step 3 – Stir one pack of AMOCAN Coconut Premix into 100ml of water in a separate bowl. Mix well, add to pot and bring it to boil.
Step 4 – Blanch noodles / rice vermicelli in boiling water. Shake off excess water and serve into bowl.
Step 5 – Pour the Singapore Vegetarian Laksa gravy over the noodles / rice vermicelli. Serve while hot.
